The Glycerin 20 has Brooks' DNA LOFT v3 foam in the midsole. This foam is extremely soft and has an innovative character compared to the previous version. Nitrogen has been incorporated into the cushioning material to optimize responsiveness and cushioning. The foam has Brooks' DNA technology, where the foam adapts to your running style.
