Midsole

DNA LOFT v2 is the foam that is incorporated into the midsole of the Divide 4 GTX. The foam is lightweight due to the right balance between the amount of rubber and air in the foam. The foam has Brooks' DNA technology, where the foam adapts to your running style. This means the shoe has a cushioning foam that ensures a smooth transition from heel to toe.

Upper

The Divide has an upper that makes you trail-ready. The mesh upper is comfortable and has the additional advantage that it has a ventilating function. The toe part of the shoe is extra reinforced to protect your toes during your run through nature. In addition to the Toe-Protector, the upper also has a clear mudguard and a Gore-Tex® membrane to protect you from rain and mud while keeping your feet cool. With the Divide upper you'll be ready for your next trail adventure. The mesh upper is comfortable and has the additional advantage that it has a ventilating function. The reinforcement at the toes protects your feet against bumps and sharp obstacles. Regardless of the planned adventure, the shoe will be protected against rain and mud by the Gore-Tex® membrane. With this shoe, the bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top is flexible, soft and comfortable. This will not put pressure on your heel bone. The pleated tongue of this shoe is connected to the upper on both sides, preventing dirt from entering the shoe and keeping the tongue centered.

Outsole

The outsole of this model makes you trail-ready. The shoe has a TrailTack rubber outsole and this outsole technology from Brooks provides excellent traction uphill and downhill. In addition, TrailTack ensures optimal grip on slippery paths. A Segmented Crash Pad is also integrated into the outsole.
