Midsole

The Adrenaline GTS 23 has the DNA LOFT v2 foam, the foam that adapts to your running style. The foam is extremely light and Brooks has found the right balance between the right amount of air and rubber in the foam. The result is a responsive foam with good cushioning that ensures a smooth transition from heel to toe. The GuideRails® in this shoe help your hips, knees and joints move naturally.
