Brooks Divide 4 GTX Dam

Midsole

DNA LOFT v2 is the foam that is incorporated into the midsole of the Divide 4 GTX. The foam is lightweight due to the right balance between the amount of rubber and air in the foam. The foam has Brooks' DNA technology, where the foam adapts to your running style. This means the shoe has a cushioning foam that ensures a smooth transition from heel to toe.

Upper

With the Divide upper you'll be ready for your next trail adventure. The upper has a mesh upper that has a ventilating function and provides an attractive appearance. The Toe Protector provides protection against bumps and sharp obstacles. In addition to the extra protection at the toes, the upper also has a Gore-Tex® membrane and a transparent mudguard to protect you against rain and mud while keeping your feet cool. The Divide has an upper that makes you trail-ready. The mesh upper is comfortable and has the additional advantage that it has a ventilating function. The toe part of the shoe is extra reinforced to protect your toes during your run through nature. In addition, sweat vapor will have the opportunity to escape, but the shoe is protected from rain by the Gore-Tex® membrane. Reinforcement has been added to the bottom of the heel counter, while the top remains flexible, soft and comfortable, so that your heel bone does not come under pressure. To keep the tongue centered and prevent dirt from entering the shoe, a pleated tongue is connected to both sides of the upper.

Outsole

The outsole of this model makes you trail-ready. The shoe has a TrailTack rubber outsole and this outsole technology from Brooks provides excellent traction uphill and downhill.
