Why should I take SIS Go Hydro?
During moderate to intensive exercise, we produce 1 to 2 litres of sweat (containing both fluids and important electrolytes) per hour depending on the exact intensity. If we do not replenish the moisture in time, dehydration occurs and naturally affects performance. When dehydrated, the carbohydrate reserves break down faster and exercise will feel heavier and more intense.

The body has to work much harder to perform. Sodium is the most important electrolyte when it comes to hydration. SIS Go Hydro contains 0.7 grams per L, with a concentration of 30 mmol per L. It has been scientifically proven to hydrate the body better than plain water does. Recommended use: For hydration during or after exercise, it is best to take at least 500ml 3 to 4 hours prior to your event and 250 to 500ml afterwards about 2 hours before the event.

During exercise you can still use it depending on the effort and thirst you get. SIS Go Hydro can be combined with gels and bars to ensure you get enough carbohydrates and fluids during exercise.
