To assist you as best as possible, we kindly ask you to submit a return request within 48 hours after receiving your order via our online return form (report a return). Please ensure you keep and photograph the shipping packaging in which you received the package.
Our customer service will do its best to contact you within 2 working days to go over the next steps together.

We apply the legal warranty, which means the product must do what you can reasonably expect from it. The warranty period may vary by product. There is no warranty in the following cases:

  • If the wear and tear could be considered normal.
  • If no proof of purchase or order number can be provided.
  • If the defects are a result of improper use or negligent maintenance that doesn't correspond to the intended purpose.

You can select "product is defective" as the reason for return. You will then need to answer a few questions and add photos so that we have sufficient information about the use of the item.
We aim to respond to your complaint within two working days.

We offer up to 2 years warranty (excluding lighting), provided it concerns a manufacturing defect or a software issue. Here's what you can do:
