Exchanges & returns
On this page you will find all information regarding returning your order.
Attention! Products that have been used cannot be returned. A returned product should be in new condition, clean (but unwashed) and undamaged. A returned product has to be packed in the original packaging and all labels should be attached.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your order directly. To do this, you can place a new order yourself. You can read how to return an order on this page.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will take up to 10 business days for it to be processed and for you to receive a refund. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay for the order.
When you return your order, you will receive a track-and-trace code. You can use this shipment number to see when your order arrives with us. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed.
We charge the following return fees per country:
Netherlands: €3.95
Belgium: €4.95
Germany: €4.95
Denmark: kr 52.00
France: €6.95
Sweden: kr 78.00
Austria: €7.95
Ireland: €6.50
Spain: €14.95
Italy: €11.50
Portugal: €14.95
Luxembourg: €6.50
You can return multiple orders in one package, but you're unable to indicate this when registering your return online. Should you wish to return multiple orders in one package, please contact our customer service.
When you have placed an order with a gift card and you return this order, your gift card will be reactivated after processing your return. Therefore, it is important that you keep the gift card after you have used it.
Order entirely returned
If you have returned the entire order, please wait until we have processed this return. You will receive a message from us with a credit note as soon as this return has been processed and the spending amount has been restored to your gift card. From then on, you can use the gift card again for a new order. In this case, no return fees will be charged and the return is free of charge.
Order partially returned and refundable amount is higher than we can refund via chosen payment method
If you have returned part of your order, we will refund you as much as possible via the payment method you have chosen. If this refundable amount exceeds the amount we are able to refund to you, the remainder will be refunded to the gift card and it will be (partially) reactivated.
We understand that the above explanation may raise questions, so we will explain it using the following example:
You placed an order worth €120 and paid it in part with a gift card worth €50 and the remainder of €70 by credit card. You return a number of items with a total value of €95. Then, upon return processing, we will refund €70 to your credit card account and credit €25 to your gift card.
You will receive notification from us when your return has been processed. From then on, you can place a new order and use the gift card again. No return fees will be charged.
Order partially returned and refundable amount can be refunded entirely via chosen payment method
If you have returned only part of your order, we will refund you as much as possible via the payment method you have chosen. In that case, you can already place a new order before you return the first order. If you do this, please indicate that you have made an exchange when registering your order online. In that case, we will not charge any return fees when processing the return.
Example: You placed an order worth €120 and paid it in part with a gift card worth €50 and the remainder of €70 by credit card. You return a number of items with a total value of €25. Then, upon return processing, we will refund €25 to your credit card account.
