Delivery

If your order was not delivered within the promised delivery time, please contact customer service.

There may be delays at DHL and they may indicate that your package will still be delivered within 1 to 2 days. In this case, wait these 1 or 2 days first, because we will not be able to take action earlier. 

You can have your order delivered to a private address or to a DHL pickup point.

Attention! However, this depends on the country where you are having the order delivered to. The available delivery methods are visible at checkout. 

When the track-and-trace indicates that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, you can take the following steps:
- Check the delivery location in your track-and-trace. DHL may have delivered the package to a DHL service point or to your neighbors.
- Ask your next-door neighbors if they have received your package.

If you have checked the above and your order still isn't found, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of the original delivery date. Of course we will be happy to sort it out for you.
