Payment
At 21RUN, you can easily and securely pay with the following options:
- 21RUN gift card
- American Express
- ApplePay
- Maestro
- Mastercard
- PayPal
- Visa
On this page, you'll find all the information about purchasing a gift card. You can check your balance on this page.
To pay with your gift card, place an order and select the option "21RUN gift card" under "payment method". Enter the card number without spaces. The "Pin" is the PIN code, which you can scratch off on the card.
Do not throw away your gift card after use! If you return an order that was paid with a gift card, we will reload the paid amount onto the gift card.
The invoice for your order is not automatically sent. If you need an invoice, please contact our customer service, and we will be happy to send it to you!
When you place an order with a gift card and return it, the credit will be reloaded onto the gift card after the return has been processed. So, always keep your gift card, even after use. If you return the entire order, we will wait until the return is processed. Once this is done, you will receive a notification with a credit note, and the amount will be refunded to your gift card. From that point, you can use the gift card again for a new order. In this case, no return fees will be charged, and returning is free of charge.
You can enter a discount code in your shopping cart under the option 'apply discount code'.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will take up to 10 working days for it to be processed and for you to receive the credit. We will process the refund via the same payment method you used to complete your order.
When you returned the item, you received a track and trace number. You can use this tracking number to see when your return has arrived at our warehouse. You will not receive a notification when your return arrives, but you will be notified once it has been processed.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will take up to 10 working days for it to be processed and for you to receive the credit. You can check the track & trace of your return to see when it has arrived at our warehouse.
If the amount hasn't been credited after 10 working days, please contact our customer service.
If you paid with a credit card, it may take longer for the amount to appear on your account.
You will always receive the refunded amount via the payment method you used when placing the order.
