The Polar Ignite 3 i Titanium s a stylish fitness & wellness watch with integrated GPS. GPS and heart rate
The Ignite 3 includes integrated GPS. This GPS is connected to GLONASS and Galileo satellites. New to this model is the Dual band A-GPS, which allows you to accurately track your pace, distance and course, even between tall buildings and in bad weather conditions. While recording your training data, the watch also continuously measures your heart rate on the wrist via the Precision Prime™ heart rate sensors. This advanced heart rate measurement gives you accurate insight into your training effect and fitness.

Sports profiles
Multiple sport profiles are preloaded on the watch. Think of running, swimming, indoor running, strength training and much more. This allows you to measure a lot of data and track your results. Is the desired sport profile not listed here? You can add your desired or favorite sport profiles to your watch via the Polar Flow app. Via the Running Program function you receive a personal and adaptable training program that is fully tailored to your fitness and your goals. Do you also like to swim and train for a triathlon? The Ignite 3 also measures your heart rate underwater. In addition to your heart rate, the watch also measures your swimming style, distance, pace, number of strokes and rest times.

Health functions
In addition to your sports performance, the Ignite 3 also measures your sleep and recovery. The Nightly Recharge™ recovery measurement provides a complete analysis of your body's nightly recovery so you can see what your energy level is for the day ahead. New sleep features include SleepWise™ and SleepGate™ technology. The SleepWise™ feature shows you how your sleep affects your energy and alertness for the day. And with the help of SleepGate™ you gain insight into the optimal time to go to sleep.

Smartwatch functions
The Polar Ignite 3 doubles as a smartwatch. You receive notifications and reminders from your smartphone on your watch. You can easily read the notifications via the color touchscreen, even in bright daylight. The watch also displays current weather information and a two-day forecast. If the watch is connected to your smartphone (via Bluetooth), you can control your music from your watch. The watch offers no space to store music on your watch. A new smartwatch function is voice guidance during workouts. This way you get audio feedback via Polar Flow with your headphones or speaker.

Battery and water resistance
The battery lasts up to 30 hours in training mode (GPS and heart rate measurement on the wrist) and up to 5 days in watch mode with continuous heart rate measurement. With the many energy saving options it is possible to let the battery last up to 100 hours. You can charge the watch with the included USB cable. Dive into the water carefree or wear the watch in the shower, because the Ignite 3 is waterproof up to 30 meters.
