Returns

 

1. REGISTER

You can register your return with us (delivery costs per country) and track the status of your return via register return.

When registering your return, enter your order number (you received this with your order) and email address and then click on 'find my order'. On the next page you enter which products you want to return.

 

 

2. PACKING

Pack your products. Make sure that the items meet the return conditions below.

 

3. SHIPPING

Choose the desired return method and deliver your package to a DHL service point.

 

4. REFUND

Once we have received your return, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, and no later than within 10 working days. The refund will be made via the originally chosen payment method.

Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your product and would like to return your product(s), your return must meet the conditions below.

  • 21Run gives you a cooling-off period of no less than 60 days to return unused items. Please return the items within this period if you wish to make use of this option.

  • An item that is returned must be in new condition, clean and undamaged and packed in the original packaging (including tags). If the item does not meet these conditions, 21Run has the right to refuse the item and return it to you. 

  • For reasons of hygiene, products from the sports underwear category (with the exception of bras) cannot be returned.

  • An item that is returned must at all times be adequately packaged in additional packaging (a shipping bag or box) on which the return label is placed. This return label may not be placed on the shoe box or product packaging.

  • The return costs via the online form are for your own account. The refund for a returned product will be processed as quickly as possible and no later than within 10 working days of receipt by 21Run. The refund will be made via the originally chosen payment method.

  • Have you received a defective or incomplete item? Please report this within 48 hours of receipt. Please register your defective or incomplete item via the online returns form (register return) before returning it and save and photograph the shipping packaging in which you received the package. Customer service will contact you within 2 working days about the next steps.
