Returning your order
21RUN gives you no less than 365 days to return your purchase. Please make sure that we receive a returned item within this time frame. The 365 days start on the date of purchase.
How to return (a part of) your order
|Make sure all items are unused and undamaged. All labels should stay attached.|
|Wrap the product(s) carefully in a proper bag or box.|
|Download the return form, fill it out and add it to the package.|
|Choose your preference of shipping and sent it to:
21RUN, Attn: Customer Service, Albaststraat 1, 1812 SB Alkmaar, The Netherlands
|Keep the tracking number until 21RUN receives your package.|
Terms and conditions of returning an order
- Please keep in mind that goods are returned to us at your expense and that you are responsible for organising the shipment of the items yourself.
- 21RUN gives you 365 days, starting from your date of purchase, for returning a product.
- In case you have received a damaged or incomplete product, please contact [email protected] before returning the product.
- The refund will always be initiated as soon as possible and always within 10 days after receipt.
- The purchase amount will always be transferred back in the same way the order was paid.
- Products that have actually been used cannot be returned. Trying on products and returning them because they are not the right size is of course permitted.
- A returned product should still be in new condition, clean (but unwashed) and undamaged.
- A returned product has to be packed in the original packaging and all labels should be attached.
- For hygiene reasons, products from the underwear category (with the exception of bras) cannot be returned.
- Please always pack a product in a proper bag or box besides the original packaging.
- In case the criteria above are not met, 21RUN can charge extra costs.
