Midsole

The Cloudboom Strike LS has the ultra-soft Helion™ HyperFoam made of Pebax®. Even when you get heavier during your run, Helion™ HyperFoam offers a high level of energy return, so you can keep running at speed. The foam is combined with the unique CloudTec® technology. CloudTec® are the 'clouds' that absorb shocks both horizontally and vertically and therefore make your landing extra soft. As soon as your feet have hit the ground, the Clouds stay firmly in place so you can continue with a powerful push-off. The implemented carbon plate will give your running experience a speed boost and provide extra stability. This plate over the entire length propels you forward and makes your strides longer. Furthermore, the midsole has a Speedboard®, a plastic plate that bends while running, allowing you to push off faster.
