Midsole

The top layer of the midsole is made of Mizuno Enerzy NXT (Nitrogen Infused) foam. This foam offers soft cushioning and good energy return. The bottom layer is made of Mizuno Enerzy NXT foam based on EVA, which provides extra stability. The round design of the sole is based on spikes where the heel is also very high.
