Maurten Starter Kit

The Starter Kit is a package of various products from Maurten. The Starter Kit is a curated selection of products designed to fuel a long run or ride. A complete set before, during and after an endurance session. The package contains; 1 x Drink Mix 320, 1 x Drink Mix 160, 2 x Gel 100 and 1 x Solid 160.

Fuel for a long run

• Drinkmix 320 - Evening before
• Drinkmix 160 - 3 hours in advance
• Gel 100 - After 10 km
• Gel 100 - After 20 km
• Solid 160 - Post Session

Drink mix 320 (portion is 80 grams/500 ml)

• 1343 kJ, 320 kcal per serving
• 80g carbohydrates per serving, of which 33g sugar
• No fats and proteins
• 0.5 grams of salt per serving
• The sports drink is directly converted into hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach. The hydrogel ensures smooth transport of the drink through the stomach to the intestine, where the water, salt and carbohydrates are absorbed.
• Contains; Maltodextrin, Fructose, Pectin, Sodium Alginate and Sodium Chloride

Drink mix 160 (portion is 40 grams/500 ml)

• 663 kJ, 160 kcal per serving
• 40 g carbohydrates per serving, of which 13 g sugar
• No fats and proteins
• 0.4 grams of salt per serving
• The sports drink is directly converted into hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach. The hydrogel ensures smooth transport of the drink through the stomach to the intestine, where the water, salt and carbohydrates are absorbed.

Gel 100 (portion is 40 grams)

• 25 g carbohydrates per serving, of which 25 g sugar
• No fats and proteins
• 50 mg salt per serving
• The gel is a biopolymer matrix, filled with a unique mixture of fructose and glucose (ratio of 0.8:1), which allows an absorption of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour
• Contains; Water, Glucose, Fructose, Calcium Carbonate, Gluconic Acid and Sodium Alginate

Solid 160 (portion is 20 grams)
