Garmin Running Dynamics Pod

The Garmin Running Dynamics Pod allows you to run without a heart-rate-monitor chest-strap while still collecting and analysing bio-mechanical data which can't be measured on the wrist. The Dynamics Pod can be fitted to the waistband of your tights, shorts or pants and measures the upper body movement during your runs.
