Recommended use:
1-3 Born Super Liquid Gels per hour during active exercise. Maximum amount of 15 gels per day during intensive exercise.

When a mixture of glucose and fructose is ingested (in the analyzed literature, 1.2 and 0.6 g/min, respectively, ratio 2:1, for total carbohydrate intake up to 1.8 g/min), there is less competition for intestinal absorption compared to the ingestion of an isoenergetic amount of glucose or fructose, which involves two different intestinal transporters.
