Casein proteins contain all the essential amino acids perfect for a quick recovery after heavy exertion. The drink is not too sweet and contains few acidifiers, making it one of the few sports drinks that is thirst-quenching and well tolerated by your stomach.

Recommended use:
Dissolve 6-7 scoops (75 grams each) in 500 ml of water. For optimal recovery, use the sports drink within half an hour after exercise. Drink regularly during exercise, approximately 250 ml every 20 minutes. Make sure you replenish fluids, carbohydrates and proteins within 2 hours after your workout for optimal recovery.
