    Midsole

    The FLYTEFOAM™ foam provides good cushioning and energy return for a super comfortable feeling under the foot. In addition to the foam, GEL™ technology has been implemented in the midsole to soften the landing and improve shock absorption. LITETRUSS™ technology provides extra support while walking. This technology comes in the form of a correction block on the inside of the shoe. This block ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse inward during the movement.

    Upper

    The Engineered Mesh upper provides support in strategic places around the midfoot and has high breathability in the forefoot. In addition, ASICS uppers use partially recycled materials to reduce their impact on the environment.

    Outsole

    AHARPLUS™ rubber and ASICS LITE™ rubber are used together in the outsole of the shoe. For durability, AHARPLUS™ is used in the heel. A type of rubber that is wear-resistant and will therefore last a long time. ASICS LITE™ rubber is used under the midfoot and forefoot. It is very lightweight and has reflective details. The outsole provides excellent grip and traction in both wet and dry conditions. The ASICS GT-2000 12 is the all-rounder that will boost your running experience!
