As the name suggests, these adidas Adizero Discus/Hammer shoes are specially made for hammer and discus throw. They support rapid rotation, offering a lightweight, yet sturdy feel. The upper is made of sturdy textile in both the lining and the outside. 25% of the parts that make up the upper are made from at least 50% recycled material. The synthetic outsole is a non-slip, textured sole that is slightly smoother in the forefoot. This ensures optimum rotational power.

The shoe is partly made from recycled material that comes from production waste such as trimmings and post-consumer residual waste, to avoid the greater impact of the production of new material on the environment.
