The Nike Air Zoom Rival Fly 3 are neutral competition shoes. This shoe is specially designed for both training and competition. The Rival Fly 3 offers comfortable containment, keeping your foot in place despite the distance or speed.

The Engineered Mesh upper is combined with synthetic material to keep the upper as light and strong as possible. The combination ensures that the breathability in the shoe is high, so that your feet stay cool. The internal strap provides midfoot support and stability. The updated laces in the middle of the shoe are integrated with the midfoot area for lockdown, so your foot stays in place.

For this third version, a softer version of the Cushlon Foam has been used for better cushioning than the predecessor. Together with the Air Zoom unit under the forefoot, this ensures a responsive, springy ride. The traditional collar offers a comfortable fit at the heel. The rubber outsole provides extra strength.
