ASICS Fuji Lite 2 Women

The ASICS Fuji Lite 2 are neutral trail shoes. This shoe is inspired by the Hinoki cypress tree that originated on Mount Fuji. The Fuji Lite 2 is the successor to the FujiTrabuco Lyte. This Lyte version of the FujiTrabuco is the lighter version of the famous trail shoes. The FujiTrabuco Lyte is more flexible and gives more traction. This makes the running shoes suitable for running on technical trails at a higher speed. The increased flexibility, especially in the forefoot, ensures a lot of ground contact.

The upper wraps around the feet and provides a good lockdown feeling. Reinforcements around the midfoot provide extra stability. The added loop on the heel increases the ease of putting on and taking off the trail shoes. The upper also features a lacing pocket to prevent laces from getting caught in branches or rocks.

FlyteFoam™ cushioning improves shoe durability and keeps the shoe lightweight. The foam also provides a smooth transition from heel to toe. This is a particularly desirable feature when running on trails. It absorbs the shocks and distributes the pressure over the feet. The Trail Specific outsole with ASICSGRIP technology contains studs and grooves for optimal grip and traction, both when descending and climbing. The Fuji Lite 2 provides great grip on both wet and dry surfaces.
