Ultimate Performance Re-usable Hot and Cold Pack

The Ultimate Performance Hot/Cold pack is suitable for both cold and hot therapies. The pack is filled with a non-toxic gel that will retain heat or coldness for a minimum of one hour. The gel stays soft and flexible after freezing, even in temperatures as low as -20°C.

Use:
For COLD, place pack in freezer for at least 10 minutes before use.

For HEAT, place pack in hot water (maximum 80°C) for at least 10 minutes, or microwave at low power for 30 seconds
