Midsole

Saucony has used two technologies for this shoe, consisting of PWRRUN foam and Center Path technology. The top layer of the midsole contains the PWRRUN foam and is sturdy but lightweight. In addition, Center Path technology provides comfort and protection with a wider platform, higher sidewalls, an asymmetrical profile and a rocker shape that guides your stride from impact to toe-off. You can also wear the Guide extra comfortably thanks to the PWRRUN+ insole. The insole provides an extra layer of cushioning.

Upper

The upper of the Guide is made with FORMFIT technology, which allows the upper to work together with the footbed and the walls of the midsole. This way, the foot sinks into the running shoe, as it were, which gives a good lockdown feeling and the necessary stability. The upper is also made of mesh, which provides extra ventilation and comfort.

Wear sole
