This shoe has a midsole with two types of foam; PWRRUN HG and PWRRUN PB. PWRRUN HG is located above the plate and ensures that you can easily run high speeds and that you can maintain this for a long time. PWRRUN PB foam is located under the plate. This foam is ultra-light and ensures maximum energy return and thus provides good suspension. Saucony also uses its SPEEDROLL technology in this shoe, this technology ensures better bending of the forefoot, a good grip and the stimulation of the foot's roll-off. Upper
