Midsole

Upper

The Speedcross has an upper that makes you trail-ready. The upper part of the shoe is covered by Salomon's SensiFit™ construction, from the midsole to the lacing system, and thus provides optimal support and a customized fit around the foot. Furthermore, the anti-debris mesh gives you the certainty that no dirt will get between your foot and the footbed. Ripstop is the weaving technique used in manufacturing the shoe to ensure that the material of the upper is strong and tear-resistant. The bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top of the heel counter remains flexible, soft and comfortable. The advantage of this is that it does not create pressure on your heel bone. Finally, the shoes are equipped with the Quicklace lacing system, so your laces will never come loose while running.
