Salomon Speedcross 6 GTX Unisex

The Salomon Speedcross 6 GTX is a technical trail shoe that is suitable for challenging trail routes. Midsole

During longer trail runs you can comfortably cover kilometers with the EnergyCell+™ foam, a soft foam that provides a lot of energy return due to the good cushioning that the shoe offers.

Upper

The Speedcross GTX has an upper specifically designed for trail runners. The upper part of the shoe is covered by Salomon's SensiFit™ construction, from the midsole to the lacing system, and thus provides optimal support and a customized fit around the foot. Sweat vapor will have the chance to escape, but from rain the shoe is protected by the Gore-Tex® membrane. In addition to Gore-Tex®, the anti-debris mesh prevents dirt from getting between your foot and the footbed. The ripstop weaving technique is used to make the shoe's upper material strong and tear-resistant. With this shoe, the bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top is flexible, soft and comfortable. This will not put pressure on your heel bone. Finally, the shoes are equipped with the Quicklace lacing system, so your laces will never come loose while running. You also no longer have to worry about laces that can get stuck in branches while running.

Outsole

When the paths become muddy or wet you need extra grip, which is what the Contagrip® Mud outsole provides. This outsole has a slightly softer material to provide maximum grip on muddy and slippery surfaces. On soft surfaces, the Chevron studs provide good grip, these large studs can settle deep in the ground. Mud will quickly disappear under the sole due to the large spaces between the studs.
