Midsole

This model has a foam specially developed for longer distances. It is Salomon's Energy Foam, a responsive foam made by combining EVA and Olefin (OBC). This foam is lightweight and provides a lot of cushioning to push you forward with every step you take. ProFeel Film is a flexible protection plate above the outsole. The plate protects your foot from sharp objects during your trail run and thus functions as a filter between you and the terrain you are running on.

Upper

The upper is made of MATRYX® material. This lightweight and breathable fabric is reinforced with technical fibers such as Kevlar, which provides extra durability and support. This keeps the shoe sturdy and comfortable, even on rough and technical surfaces. Finally, the shoe has the Quicklace lacing system to easily loosen and tighten your laces. This means you no longer have to worry about laces getting caught in branches while running.

Outsole
