Midsole

EnergyFOAM & EnergyFOAM+ is a midsole construction that combines two types of foam to optimize the feeling of the foot. EnergyFOAM provides a comfortable, cushioned base with a smooth transition, while EnergyFOAM+ – a lighter, more resilient foam – lies on top and provides extra energy return and responsiveness.

Upper

Salomon's EndoFit™ technology consists of an internal sleeve that encloses the foot in the right places for a precise fit. This ensures a comfortable, sock-like feel and prevents the foot from shifting in the shoe during your (downhill) run. The upper is made of MATRYX® material. This lightweight and breathable fabric is reinforced with technical fibers such as Kevlar, which provides extra durability and support. This keeps the shoe sturdy and comfortable, even on rough and technical surfaces. Finally, the shoes are equipped with the Quicklace lacing system, so your laces will never come loose while running. You will also no longer be bothered by laces that can get caught in branches while running.

Outsole
