Salomon S/Lab Phantasm 2 Made In France Unisex

The Salomon S/Lab Phantasm 2 is a comfortable fast shoe. This special edition is made in France and is a collaboration between Salomon and the local ASF4.0 factory. A step in the right direction to reduce our carbon footprint on the planet. The shoe is designed for runners who want to get the most out of their training and competitions. In the S/Lab Phantasm you run fast times up to and including the marathon, but also long endurance runs at a higher pace. Midsole

The midsole of this model consists of a Dual Density Pebax foam. The sole consists of two layers of foam, with Pebax being the foam for tempo training and competition days. Due to its unique properties, Pebax® foam is ideal for uneven surfaces while maintaining high energy efficiency. The shoe also has an Energy Blade, which is a lightweight TPU plate that is placed in the midsole. This gives you a push in the back while walking. The plate provides extra speed, smooth take-off and a balanced transition from heel to forefoot. The implemented carbon plate will give your running experience a speed boost and provide extra stability. This full-length plate propels you forward and lengthens your stride.

Upper

A monomesh upper provides flexibility and a breathable upper on the S/Lab Phantasm. Monomesh is made of a thin material, but will not make the upper less sturdy. The highly breathable Matryx fibers and a slim fit work like a second skin and support you all the way to the finish, from 10K to marathon.

Wear sole

The Contagrip® Road outsole on this model excels on flat, compact surfaces such as asphalt. Maximum efficiency on the road is guaranteed by a durable sole that performs mile after mile. The sole provides traction after every ground contact to maintain and increase speed.
