The midsole is made of Optivibe which attenuates shocks and ensures responsiveness. The Profeel Film technology ensures that stones and other things encountered on trails won't enter the shoes. Thereby ensuring that you stay comfortable throughout your runs.

Thanks to the Quicklace System the shoes are easily put on and taken off. In designing these shoes Salomon placed more stress on durability and protection. The outsole of the shoes features Salomon's contragrip technology which provides excellent grip in wet as well as dry conditions. The upper of the Sense Pro 4 is flexible and offers a lot of protection. The shoes have a sock-like fit and prevent dirt from coming in thanks to their special coating.
