Midsole

The midsole is made of Energy Foam Evo, a responsive foam created by combining EVA and Olefin (OBC). This is the perfect foam combination for a midsole that needs to be superlight, ultra-cushioned, and high in energy return. Energy Foam offers consistent comfort, no matter how long your run. The 3D Advanced Chassis is a rigid frame located between the midsole and outsole. The frame protects the underfoot, optimizes your motion control, and thus ensures a more stable stride. The frame provides a stable base for the foot, which is especially important when moving on uneven terrain in nature. It helps stabilize the foot and reduces the risk of sprains or injuries.

Upper

The Genesis has an upper that makes you trail-ready. The upper is made of breathable Matryx® mesh reinforced with aramid fibers, ensuring an excellent fit. The shoe also features a toe protector for extra protection while running. The EVA sockliner offers a flexible fit and extra support where you need it. To ensure no debris gets into your shoe, the shoe has an integrated sock. The sock offers extra protection and has the added benefit of being comfortable and providing a better fit. Finally, the shoes feature the Quicklace lacing system, ensuring your laces will never come undone while running. You'll also no longer have to worry about laces getting caught in branches while running.

Outsole

A true all-rounder, the Contagrip® All Terrain outsole offers maximum grip on wet, loose surfaces, as well as hard surfaces without sacrificing traction.
