The Micellar Casein Protein Vanilla 700g is suitable to take when you do not expect to use proteins for a longer period of time; such as during the day (rest day) between meals or before bedtime. The proteins in 'micellar casein' form so-called 'micelles'. These are spheres of interlinked proteins, so that the body digests these proteins slowly. This gives 'micellar casein' the unique property that it is absorbed over a longer period of time.
