The Nike Zoom SD 4 is a spike for women and men specifically made for shot put, hammer throw and discus throw. The seamless upper provides firm support around the midfoot through the Flywire lacing system. This ensures that the foot is firmly in the spike during push-off.

The forefoot of the Spike is equipped with a Pebax® plate that ensures good durability. The toe area has extra rubber protection against impact. The outsole has a specific profile so that you have optimal grip in both wet and dry conditions.
