New Balance FuelCell SuperComp Pacer Women

The New Balance FuelCell SuperComp Pacer is a competition shoe for the neutral runner. This shoe is made for competitions between the 5km and half marathon. The SuperComp Pacer owes the speed to the FuelCell foam, which is combined with a carbon plate, which provides an extra forward push.

This fast shoe has an upper made of synthetic engineered mesh, which is highly breathable. Moreover, this gives a lightweight feeling to your feet. The tongue is made thin so that it does not put pressure on the instep.

Compared to other competition shoes, the SuperComp Pacer v1 has a slightly thinner layer of FuelCell foam, so you have more ground contact. The foam material provides a lot of cushioning and energy return with every step.

The Energy Arc, a full-length carbon plate, provides stability and helps you as a runner to make a quick transition. This shoe is comparable to the HOKA Carbon Rocket X and the adidas Takumi Sen, among others, which are both competition shoes with a carbon plate and are made for breaking PRs on the 5K up to and including the half marathon.
