The New Balance FuelCell SC Elite v3 are competition shoes for the neutral runner. The fast shoes are very suitable for running fast paces on the marathon distance. The upper is very breathable. You can literally see the perforations. The forefoot is quite spacious. Do you have slightly wider feet? This gives it almost the comfort of a training shoe for daily use, but the performance of a competition shoe. The integrated one-piece tongue provides a secure, breathable, hassle-free fit. Finally, the shoe has a regular lace-up closure for an adjustable fit.

The Elite v3 has 2 layers of FuelCell foam in the midsole, which slightly increases the forefoot height and heel height. The increased volume in the midsole provides more cushioning, which is especially beneficial when walking long distances. This slightly postpones the fatigue in the legs when walking at a high pace over a long distance. So fresh legs for longer.

For ideal energy return, displacement and propulsion, this shoe also features innovative Energy Arc technology. Energy Arc combines the geometry of a carbon plate with strategic cavities in the midsole for better energy storage and therefore higher energy return. This has been improved compared to the Elite v2.

The Elite V3 is wider at the heel than the Elite V2 but narrower at the forefoot, to create stable landings but a more agile feel. The rubber under the forefoot is shaped differently, but still provides sufficient grip.
