New Balance Fresh Foam Tempo v2 Men

The Fresh Foam Tempo V2 are all-round running shoes for the neutral runner. This running shoe is the lighter version of the New Balance 1080. This running shoe is designed for running short and long distances at a higher speed.

In the upper, we find the Hypoknit, which we know from the New Balance Vongo and New Balance 1080. This upper offers more stretch and support in strategic places. The heel cap is sturdy and made a bit higher, in order to surround the ankle properly.

The Fresh Foam Tempo V2 contains a Fresh Foam X midsole. This updated Fresh Foam material feels lighter and softer, while returning more energy during the run. The midsole provides support through strategically placed elements.

The outsole features Endurance rubber. This material is highly abrasion-resistant and is processed under the parts of the foot that are mostly exposed to impact. Under the midfoot, EVA material with strategically placed grooves is used. This material is flexible and provides grip and an easy stride. Under the forefoot is the Blown Rubber material, which provides more grip. The outsole is slightly curved and moves with the foot as it moves.

The Fresh Foam Tempo V2 is seen as the successor to the Fresh Foam Zante Persuit. This fast training shoe is in the same category as the HOKA ONE Rincon, Saucony Kinvara and Brooks Hyperion Tempo.
