In the upper we see Airmesh material. This material provides good breathability and a comfortable enclosed feeling. The removable Premium Insock sockliner, which we see in many Mizuno shoes, provides great entry comfort.

The Wave technology in the midsole provides stability and support by using two layers of cushioning material, each with its own density and cushioning power. It provides a soft landing and more energy return. This combined with the Minzuno Enerzy-foam provides a high degree of cushioning and durability in the shoe. The DynamotionFit is Mizuno's specially designed design to create shoes that work with your foot throughout your run.

The outsole is made of rubber which makes the sole long-lasting and provides great grip. On the outside of the heel, X10 carbon rubber is added for even more wear resistance. The grooves in the outsole give some flexibility in the forefoot.
