Midsole

The top layer of the midsole is made of Mizuno Enerzy NXT (Nitrogen Infused) foam. This foam offers soft cushioning and good energy return. The bottom layer is made of Mizuno Enerzy NXT EVA-based foam, which provides extra stability. This shoe has more structure and stability thanks to Mizuno Wave technology. Wave technology offers stability and support by using two EVA foams, each with its own density and cushioning capacity. Furthermore, a Wave plate is placed in the midsole; this is a plastic plate that is part of the Wave technology. The plate is wavy and ensures a stable landing and extra bounce during push-off.
