Midsole

The Wave Rider has an Enerzy NXT midsole. This foam allows you as a runner to experience more cushioning and energy return. Enerzy NXT is even lighter than its predecessor. Thanks to the foam, you enjoy improved flexibility and stability, which is combined with resilient propulsion. This foam is 15% more resilient than standard EVA foam used in many other running shoes. The shoe's Wave technology acts as a cushioning system, creating a spring effect. A wavy plastic plate has been added to the midsole. This plate is pressed with each landing and then returns to its original shape; the spring effect. This provides extra resilience with every step.

Upper
