Midsole

The Wave Rider with Enerzy NXT foam provides excellent cushioning and energy return while at the same time good durability. This means that the shoe retains its cushioning value for a long time. Compared to its predecessor, Enerzy NXT foam is even lighter in weight. The midsole contains the well-known Wave Plate, which is a plastic plate in the shape of a wave. This wave shape ensures a stable landing and more resilience during take-off. The Wave Plate is slightly reinforced on the inside. When walking, this gives a slightly more stable feeling when tired.
