The Mizuno Wave Inspire 18 are all-round running shoes for overpronators. This 18th edition of the Wave Inspire has been significantly updated. The Wave Inspire 18 is an ideal running shoe for many miles, thanks to its reliable support and cushioning, but also thanks to its durability. The AIRmesh upper comfortably encloses the feet. The upper is reinforced in strategic places for more structure and support. The Premium Insock, a removable insole, provides comfort and cushioning.

The U4icX midsole consists of lightweight cushioning material which offers an ideal balance between cushioning and performance. ENERZY cushioning material has been added under the heel for a softer heel landing. The material gives more energy to the rollover of the feet for a more responsive and energetic feeling. The Wave technology in the Wave Inspire is completely developed for overpronators. By using two layers, each with its own stiffness and cushioning capacity, the running shoes offer support in case of overpronation and guide the feet for a natural transition. The X10 carbon rubber allows for longer wear and offers more grip at the heel in many high impact areas.
