The Mizuno Wave Equate 6 are all-round running shoes for the overpronating runner. The Equate is the supporting version of the Mizuno Wave Rider. The Wave Equate is an ideal running shoe for beginning, overpronating runners. The shoe has a good balance between stability and cushioning.

The upper is made with jacquard mesh which wicks away moisture well so that your feet stay dry and comfortable. The Dynamotion Fit technology ensures an optimal fit that keeps the foot in place from the heel landing through the take-off to the forefoot.

The Mizuno Wave cushioning in the midsole is made of EVA foam and provides comfortable cushioning during short and long runs. The raised inner side and the Wave plate provide support with every step.

The X10 outsole is made of carbon rubber. This type of rubber gives a lot of grip and also good wear resistance. The grooves in the outsole provide flexibility in the forefoot.
