Maurten Starter Kit

The Starter Kit is a package with various products from Maurten. The Starter Kit is a curated selection of products designed to fuel you for a long run or ride. A complete set before, during and after an endurance session. The package contains; 1 x Drink Mix 320, 1 x Drink Mix 160, 2 x Gel 100 and 1 x Solid 225.

Fuel for a long run

• Drink mix 320 - The evening before
• Drink mix 160 - 3 hours in advance
• Gel 100 - After 10 km
• Gel 100 - After 20 km
• Solid 225 - Post Session

Drink mix 320 (portion is 80 grams/500 ml)

• 1343 kJ, 320 kcal per serving
• 80 grams of carbohydrates per portion, of which 33 grams are sugar
• No fats and proteins
• 0.5 grams of salt per serving
• The sports drink is immediately converted into hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach. The hydrogel ensures smooth transport of the drink through the stomach to the intestines, where the water, salt and carbohydrates are absorbed.
• Contains; Maltodextrin, Fructose, Pectin, Sodium Alginate and Sodium Chloride

Drink mix 160 (portion is 40 grams/500 ml)

• 663 kJ, 160 kcal per serving
• 40 g carbohydrates per portion, of which sugar 13 g
• No fats and proteins
• 0.4 grams of salt per serving
• The sports drink is immediately converted into hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach. The hydrogel ensures smooth transport of the drink through the stomach to the intestines, where the water, salt and carbohydrates are absorbed.

Gel 100 (portion is 40 grams)

• 425 kJ, 100 kcal per serving
• 25 g carbohydrates per portion, of which 25 g sugar
• No fats and proteins
• 50 mg salt per serving
• The gel is a biopolymer matrix, filled with a unique mixture of fructose and glucose (ratio of 0.8:1), allowing an absorption of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour
• Contains; Water, Glucose, Frucctose, Calcium Carbonate, Gluconic Acid and Sodium Alginate

Solid 225 (portion is 60 grams)

• 950 kJ, 225 kcal per serving
• 44.6 g carbohydrates per portion, of which sugar 18.8 g
• 1.8 grams of fiber
• 3.6 grams of fat, of which 18.8 grams are saturated
• 2.6 grams of protein
• 50 mg salt per serving
• Solid 225 is a sweet and natural tasting, fast and light high carb, low fiber bar and is the perfect addition to your Hydrogel fuel
