Karhu shoes are all about comfort and a good fit. That is why Ortix Fit was developed. The Ortix Fit refers to the geometry of the midsole, the volume of the upper and the overall dimensions of the shoe. To create his Ortix Fit, Karhu analyzed no fewer than 3 million foot scans. Then HiVo, the ideal shoe for men, and HeraFit, the ideal shoe for women, were developed.
Midsole
The AeroFoam Trail cushioning is comfortable and at the same time very durable. The midsole has a unique shape called the Ascending Fulcrum technology. This shaped sole stimulates forward propulsion when climbing and descending.
