Double-layered PEBA foam forms the midsole of this shoe. PEBA foam is a thermoplastic elastomer made of polyether block amide (PEBA). With its unique properties, PEBA foam is highly suitable for uneven paths while still offering high energy return. Compared to TPU foam, this foam is significantly lighter, offers better energy return, and maintains its performance at all temperatures. The full-length carbon plate ensures a smooth and fast foot roll-off and returns a lot of energy while running. Furthermore, the plate provides extra stability and lengthens your strides.

Upperwork

The Tecton X 4 features an upper that makes you trail-ready. The upper consists of breathable Matryx® mesh reinforced with aramid fibers, ensuring an excellent fit. The Tecton X 4's mesh upper keeps the shoe breathable and comfortable while running. The shoe has a synthetic sleeve to protect you from debris while simultaneously maintaining ventilation.

Outsole

Featuring a Vibram® Megagrip outsole, the shoe offers unparalleled grip on dry and wet terrain thanks to the high-performance rubber compound.
