Midsole

To make your runs as comfortable as possible, HOKA has added a CMEVA midsole. The CMEVA midsole has enormous cushioning and offers effective protection during your runs, no matter what type of run it is. The material is therefore very reactive and provides a lot of comfort. Because the transition zone is placed behind the metatarsals, the Early stage Meta-Rocker geometry contributes to a quick transition of the feet. Upper

The upper of the Arahi 7 is made of lightweight mesh that wicks moisture away from your foot, keeping you cool and dry while walking. The mesh is partly made of recycled materials. The EVA sockliner provides extra support where needed and ensures a flexible fit. The bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top of the heel cup remains flexible, soft and comfortable. The advantage of this is that it does not create pressure on your heel bone. The pleated tongue of this shoe is attached to the upper on both sides, so that dirt cannot enter the shoe and the tongue remains centered.

Outsole

The outsole is made of durabrasion rubber and has a coarse profile for a lot of grip on every type of surface. Zones of abrasion-resistant rubber have been added to the heel and forefoot for improved durability.
