Midsole

The Range features Brooks' DNA LOFT v3 foam in the midsole. This foam is incredibly soft and has an innovative character compared to the previous version. Nitrogen has been incorporated into the cushioning material to optimize responsiveness and shock absorption. The foam features Brooks' DNA technology, where the foam adapts to your running style. As a result, the shoe features cushioning foam that ensures a smooth transition from heel to toe. The Range has the Trail Adapt System to create extra control and stability during your trail run. The system consists of three elements: the integrated foam, a protective and propulsive rock plate placed between two layers of foam, and an advanced outsole system. The AirMesh upper provides ventilation to keep your feet cool, and this material also comfortably wraps around your foot.

Outsole

For good grip during your trail run, Brooks has developed the TrailTack outsole. This Brooks outsole technology provides excellent traction when going uphill or downhill. The TrailTack rubber in the outsole gives you optimal grip on both dry and wet terrain. The shoe features Green Rubber, consists of 25% recycled materials, and lasts a long time, making the shoe extra durable. This type of rubber provides excellent grip regardless of the terrain.
