Midsole

The Glycerin GTS 21 has the updated DNA LOFT v3 foam from Brooks. An innovative foam compared to its predecessor by implementing nitrogen in the foam. Adding nitrogen makes the foam even more responsive while running. Brooks' DNA technology provides a foam that adapts to your running style. The result is a modern foam that provides great cushioning. Brooks' well-known GuideRails® only provide support when your running style requires it. In case of overpronation, the technology provides guidance to help the feet move in the correct line and movement. This puts less pressure on the knees, which reduces the risk of injuries.
