The Brooks Bedlam 3 are running shoes for overpronators. This third version of the Bedlam is lighter than its predecessors. The renewed DNA AMP midsole has become 20% lighter. With an even higher energy return, the Bedlam 3 is ideal for faster runs. The Arrow Point outsole of the Bedlam 3 has been further developed and is now better integrated with the cushioning in the shoes. The update and arrowhead design allow you to transition easily from heel to forefoot without wasting energy. The rubber outsole is durable and offers grip and traction.

The GuideRails technology from the Bedlam 2 has been transferred to the Bedlam 3. This technology provides support and stability for the knees. It guides your feet as it were while walking. This way you get the desired support when your body asks for it. The way in which the GuideRails are added to the shoes has been slightly improved, making the transition even smoother.

The Bedlam 3 has been given a new upper. The Fit Knit upper has high breathability and is lightweight. The upper is soft and encloses your feet well. The integrated collar fits better around the ankle and heel. The semi-integrated tongue increases the ease of putting on the shoes. It also prevents the tongue from sliding while running.
