The Recovery+ Sports Drink Citrus 450 grams is a recovery drink with a balanced combination of proteins and carbohydrates that together ensure faster absorption of carbohydrates in the muscles for a good recovery. The sports drink was developed in collaboration with top athletes. Thanks to the use of 12 grams of Peptopro instead of "normal" proteins, you can use this drink during exercise. Because the proteins are already taken during exercise, the recovery of your muscles will be faster. The drink is not too sweet and contains few acidifiers, making it one of the few sports drinks that is thirst-quenching and well tolerated by your stomach.

Recommended use:
Dissolve 6-7 scoops (75 grams each) in 500 ml of water. For optimal recovery, use the sports drink within half an hour after exercise. Drink regularly during exercise, approximately 250 ml every 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
